If certain blooms are unavailable, we will substitute them with similar flowers to maintain the color palette, composition, and value of your arrangement. Our team’s artistry ensures that every bouquet is as stunning and unique as the occasion it celebrates.

During checkout, you can select your preference for substitutions:

• Contact Me First: We’ll reach out for your approval if any changes are needed.
• Proceed Without Contact: We’ll use our best judgment to craft your arrangement and deliver it promptly.

Delivery Area:

We deliver within a 20-mile radius of 91601 (North Hollywood, CA). Deliveries outside this zone are not available at this time.

Delivery Fees:

• Complimentary Delivery on all orders within 10 miles of 91601.
• Complimentary Delivery on orders over $350 for deliveries within 10-20 miles of 91601.
• For deliveries beyond 20 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

Order Confirmation & Pre-Delivery Preview:

To ensure your satisfaction, we will send a photo of the completed arrangement to you before delivery. If any changes are needed, please notify us immediately upon receiving the photo.

Recipient Availability:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the recipient is available to receive the delivery. During checkout, you’ll have the option to include delivery notes, such as:

• Hand It To Me
• Specific drop-off instructions (e.g., “Leave at front desk” or “Deliver to side gate”).
• Preferred delivery time within our available window.

If no one is available at the time of delivery, we will:

1. Leave the arrangement in a safe location, or
2. Return it to our shop for redelivery, with an additional delivery fee.

At The Hanako, every order is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest standards of quality and beauty. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

• Refunds: Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide store credit for the full amount paid. This credit never expires and can be used at any time, including holidays.
• Exchanges: If you receive a defective arrangement, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by emailing a photo of the product to esmee@thehanako.com. We will take appropriate action to address the issue.
• Care Responsibility: Proper flower care is essential to ensure the longevity of your arrangement. It is the recipient's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided upon delivery.
